SILENT AUCTION OPENS

Gala Week's silent auction includes both a standard silent auction with items on which to bid and a "party book."  The party book features various parties for which you can sign-up.

TRIBUTE BOOK
(MONDAY, APRIL 26, 7 AM)

Beginning at 7:00 am, the Tribute Book will be available for online viewing.  This year, CNT honors Warren and Josie Sterling for their ceaseless dedication and commitment to the synagogue.

ART TALK AND ART WORKSHOP
(TUESDAY, APRIL 27, 5-6:30 PM)

Join art historian Ellie Berkowitz-Handler to learn about the playful and family friendly Surrealist parlour game, The Exquisite Corpse.  Then join artist Jill Ruby-Wahba in creating your own version.

THE FLOWER PRESCRIPTION: ZOOM FLOWER DESIGN
(WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28, 5-6 PM), *premium offering

The Flower Prescription is a movement bringing together communities with flower power. Jenny Barker of Magical Blooms in Redondo Beach believes that flowers, and interacting with them, has unique healing powers. Each participant will receive a box of hand-picked flowers to play with, cut and put together into a beautiful arrangement. The online class will provide step by step instructions to unleash your creative flow and enable you to feel energies of the flowers working their healing magic.

A la carte ticket or all-inclusive ticket includes all supplies and entry to the workshop.  Must register by April 15 to reserve your spot, as flowers need to be ordered prior to the event.  Flowers and supplies can be picked up at Magical Blooms Redondo Beach the day before the event, or delivery is available for an extra fee.

WINE TASTING PARTY WITH SOMMELIER
(THURSDAY, APRIL 29, 7 PM), *premium offering

Enjoy an evening of wine tasting in the comfort of your own home. Small format wines will be delivered directly to you from a boutique, artisan winery selected by certified wine consultant sommelier, Brianne Cohen.

This event is appropriate for adults with any level of wine knowledge.
The Gala virtual wine tasting event includes:
-Five 2oz bottles on each tasting set; two tasting sets per household !!  (enough for 2 or 4 people)
-A tasting sheet with Brianne’s four-step tasting method, outlining how to look, smell and taste the wines.

Brianne Cohen is Level 4 Certified by the Wine & Spirits Education Trust in London. She has produced events and weddings for over 10 years in Los Angeles, San Francisco, at the Sundance Film Festival, and judged at the International Wine & Spirits Competition and the International Wine Challenge in London. She now offers virtual wine tasting with small-format wine tasting sets sent to your home!

Please make sure to register by April 12 to reserve your spot. NO reservations will be available after that date since wines need to be sent from the winery to your home in time for the event.

SING-ALONG WITH THE CANTOR
(FRIDAY, APRIL 30, 7:30 PM)

Start flexing your vocal chords, and join CNT as we enter into Shabbat with a virtual, community sing-along, led by Cantor Rachel Goldman.

BINGO AND BUBBLES
(SATURDAY, MAY 1, 8:15 PM)

Ready for some virtual bingo fun?  Grab your favorite beverage, and we'll provide the bingo cards.  We will play several games, including the final coverall for great prizes!
