2. IN-PERSON HIGH HOLIDAY TICKETS
If you want to be seated indoors or outdoors for any service, please fill out this section. If you request in-person tickets, you will also be able to watch the livestream.
High Holiday tickets (in-person and virtual) are FREE for members in good standing. You are a member in good standing if you have paid your membership dues in full or have set up a payment plan.
We will be offering two services for the first day of Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur morning (with Yizkor service at both). This will allows us to spread out the seats and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. To accommodate two services without starting too early or going too late, the services will be somewhat abbreviated.
Both indoor and outdoor seating will be available. Those outside will be seated in the patio or in the parking lot and will be able to watch the service on large TV screens. CNT will provide chairs, but those outside should bring their own shade.
The cost of High Holiday tickets is:
Free for members, students, first responders, military, members of other synagogues, and children (ages 25 or younger) of CNT members.
$165 per person for relatives and guests of members (unless in “free” category above)
$330 per person for individuals who live outside the South Bay (unless in free or $165 categories above)
$500 per in-person ticket for individuals who live in the South Bay (unless in free or $165 categories above)

Proof of Vaccination / Negative Covid Test
Everyone 12 and over participating in either indoor or outdoor services must provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative PCR COVID-test. The PCR test must be taken within 72 hours of each service. You will receive the link to the upload form after you hit submit at the bottom of this page. **CLAL and Childcare participants are not required to be show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-test.**

4. CLAL PROGRAMMING
(Parents must be on site while child is attending services. Pre-registration is required).
CLAL programming will be available for students TK-5th grade and 6th-8th grade.
TK-5th grade programming is offered: Rosh Hashanah (service 1 and service 2),
Rosh Hashanah Day 2, and Yom Kippur (service 1 and service 2).
6th grade-8th grade programming is offered:
Rosh Hashanah (service 1 and service 2)
and Yom Kippur (service 1 and service 2).

6. YIZKOR MEMORIAL BOOK
During the High Holy Days season, it is customary to remember loved ones who are no longer with us. At CNT, we publish an annual Memorial Book through which those in our community can list the names of whom they wish to remember. In doing so, it is customary to make a voluntary contribution in their memory.
The deadline for submissions was Friday, August 20th
. We cannot guarantee that submissions received after the deadline will make it into the Memorial Book. If we did not receive a submission from you, your submission from last year will be included.

7. LULAV & ETROG ORDERS
We are happy to order your Lulav/Etrog set for you. If you would like to order one, please indicate the quantity in the drop-down below. Sets are $50 each, and will be available for pick-up at CNT.

8. CHALLAH ORDER FROM THE BAGEL FACTORY
For your convenience, this year we will be taking orders for large round challahs from the Bagel Factory that you can pick up at CNT on Monday morning, September 6. The price is $10.00 each. Please select the quantity in the drop-down below, and then select the type you would like to order.
