High Holiday Childcare Age 2-Pre-K Sign Ups 2022 - Form

(Parents must be on-site while child is attending childcare. Pre-registration is required).

Childcare will be available for children ages 2 through Pre-K on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 (service 1 and service 2), Rosh Hashanah Day 2, and Yom Kippur (service 1 and service 2). If you would like to enroll your child in childcare, please fill out the following information. If your child is currently enrolled at CNT's David School, there is no charge for childcare. If your child is not enrolled at David School, the cost is $30 per day.

*Please note: There will be a short family service that will take place during both services on RH day 1 and YK. More information coming soon!
