High Holiday Childcare Age 6 Months-Pre-K Sign Ups 2025 - Form

(Parents must be on-site while child is attending childcare. Pre-registration is required).

Childcare will be available for children ages 6 months through 24 months on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Yom Kippur.

Childcare will be available for children ages 2 through Pre-K on Rosh Hashanah Day 1, Rosh Hashanah Day 2, and Yom Kippur.

If your child is currently enrolled at CNT's David School, there is no charge for childcare. If your child is not enrolled at David School, the cost is $30 per day. If you would like to enroll your child in childcare, please fill out the following information.
